Goals The aim of the course is to provide students with the basic knowledge of operations management.
Course Content The functions of production management in healthcare organizations, the role and tasks of the organization of production management
Learning Outcomes 1) Define functions of operations management.
2) Arrange in order the incomes needed in health istitutions to provide health services.
3) Defines the concepts of logistics, inventory, procurement, stock.
4) When a new health institution is desired to be established, it evaluates the factors that may affect the selection of the most suitable establishment location.
5) Counts the stocks in hospitals.
6) Explain the methods of project evaluation.
7) Interprets the efficiency measurement in health institutions.
8) Explain the work measurement techniques that can be applied in health institutions.
