Goals It aims to provide to the students that basic characteristics of law, the basic concepts of law, basic information about examination of the main branches of the law in private law and public law.
Course Content Basic concepts of law, Department of Law, Private Law - Public Law Separation
Learning Outcomes 1) Examines the rules of the social order and its place within the rules of law.
2) Defines the concept of law, examines the implications of the law.
3) Examines sanctions concepts and the range of sanctions.
4) Examines the basic concepts of the main branches of Private Law and Public Law , distinguishes a mixed nature the branches of the law
5) Explains written sources of law etc.. and the habits and customs of the law and case law.
6) Discusses the application of the law in terms of meaning, place and time.
7) Describes the concept of the legal action and and the types of legal process.
8) Evaluates the concepts of natural and legal persons and issues of legal capacity and right.
