Goals The main aim of the course is to provide the students with knowledge about the basic principles, institutions and the concepts of administrative law; relationship between these concepts; and the way the application works.
Course Content To develop the basic formation of Administrative Law the subject of which is the relations between the administration on one side and individuals and society based on public authority.
Learning Outcomes 1) Defines the concept of administration and administrative law.
2) Concatenates the constitutional principles which are in the organization of administrative.
3) Describes the organization of the central administration and provincial organization.
4) Describes the local governments.
5) Discusses the method of administrative action.
6) Describes the administrative contracts and public procurement.
7) Orders the humanities means and means in rem of the administration.
8) Evaluates the responsibility of the administration.
9) Defines Non-Judicial Control of the Administration.
