Goals The aim of the lecture is to teach students on general issues about labour law and on duties and responsibilities of the personnel who is employed according to labour law at health institutions. The lecture also teaches health labour law.
Course Content Business law, subject to the duties and responsibilities of personnel in health institutions and health business law
Learning Outcomes 1) Students define labour law concept.
2) Defines the concepts and institutions related to labor law such as employer, workplace, termination of employment contract, severance pay, occupational health and safety.
3) Distinguish the concepts and institutions related to labor law.
4) Students explain the individual labour law
5) Students explain termination of the labour contract and job security.
6) Discusses the Court decisions about Labour Law and disputes, which arise from academic resources, and determine the problems, which arise in practice.
7) Students explain law on trade unions and collective bargaining.
8) Students explain law on strike and lock-out.
9) Students explain labour law on health.
10) Students explain occupational health and safety.
