Goals The aim of the course is to provide basic information about marketing and healthcare marketing.
Course Content Sharing of resources related to the course content and course, basic concepts related to marketing, marketing concept, the development of health services marketing, marketing planning, strategic marketing planning, service, characteristics of services, development of the service sector,classification of services, health care consumers and behavior, marketing research and information system, in marketing 4 'P', 7 'P' product and product development policies, distribution decisions, price and pricing policies, promotion and promotion policies, corporate image, social marketing, customer relations management, E-Health, brand management
Learning Outcomes 1) Explain the development process of marketing.
2) Explain the importance of marketing in health services.
3) Explain the marketing research process.
4) Give examples of market segmentation in health institutions.
5) Interpret the factors that health care consumers may be affected while purchasing the service.
6) Counts the marketing mix elements.
7) Plans social marketing activity in health sector.
