Goals The aim of this course, is to give students the skills of both summarizing and interpreting literary texts and also give the talent of reviewing literary texts with an eye of criticizing.
Course Content In this course, writers that affected French literature are chosen and their works are reviewed.
Learning Outcomes 1) Student Recognizes the authors of the XIX century French Literature.
2) The student gets enough information about the birth of the French novel."
3) Students can make comparisons with the major works of Western literature.
4) The student gains experience in interpretation.
5) The student Understands the importance of style.
