Goals The aim of this course is to teach Latin the students of other departments, faculties or universities
Course Content Morphology of Latin grammar
Learning Outcomes 1) Contribution to students' improving their knowledge of Latin Language in order that students can translate from Latin to Turkish and from Turkish to Latin
2) Contribution to improving students’ knowledge of vocabulary and ethymology of Latin words and furnishing the students with the basic knowledge to learn an European language originated from Latin or improve their knowledge of such a language if they have already started to learn
3) Contribution to students’ learning the Latin Language by way of comparison with Turkish and a language originated from Latin
4) Examines Latin texts in wiev of morphology and syntaks
