Goals To be able to have information about reservations of transportation companies. For travel agencies' hotel operations and tour operations; to understand the principles of domestic booking, foreign reservation. To be able to comprehend and apply central reservation systems.

Learning Outcomes 1) Ulaştırma işletmeleri tarafından kullanılan rezervasyon sistemlerini tanır.
2) Rezervasyon sistemlerindeki işlem basamaklarını kavrar.
3) Yurt içi ve yurt dışı turizm hareketlerinde kullanılan rezervasyon sistemlerini açıklar.
4) Seyahat sektöründe kullanılan rezervasyon sistemlerinden merkezi rezervasyon sistemini uygulayabilir.
