Goals Examination of the types of chromatography and quality control of food
Course Content Definition and classification of chromatography, chromatography theory, column chromatography Paper chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, gas chromatography Analytical gas chromatography, preparative gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, liquid-liquid (partition) chromatography, liquid- solid (adsorption) chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, steric exclusion chromatography.
Learning Outcomes 1) Obtains information about the history and basic principles of chromatography.
2) Learn classification of chromatographic techniques. Understands the purpose and usage characteristics of different techniques.
3) It is aware of its different applications ranging from simple to complex structures of chromatography.
4) It learns about different phase chromatographies. They learn basic differences and usage targets.
5) It examines the basic principles of column and detector selection in chromatography.
6) Learn the basic principles of gas chromatography and high pressure liquid chromatography.
7) Learn the basic principles and properties of Ultra High Speed ​​Liquid Chromatography.
8) Get information about Atomic Adsorption Spectroscopy (AAS) and working principles
9) Supercritical Information on the principle and technical characteristics of fluid chromatography.
10) It learns the principle and technique of nano-liquid chromatography.
11) Obtains information about mass spectrometry and usage techniques.
12) Makes literature presentation and presentation about the transfer of modern chromatography techniques to industry
