Goals	The course aims the students to gain the concepts of land and natural resources, public land administration institutions, institutional land governance, analysis of causes and results of organizational structure change from land administrations, comparative analysis of the model chosen from the theoretical and historically selected countries and Türkiye model.
Course Content	Scope and content are, concepts of land and natural resources, land in economic systems, approaches of economic schools to land resources, supply and supply elasticity of land resources, land demand and resilience, characteristics of land market, definition and competence areas of land managementland-related ministries or local governments, civil and professional organizations, interactions of various regulatory activities of public and non-governmental actors and public and non- Reforms, budgetary constraints and the role of (geographical) information and communication technologies (ICTs) in land management, including mobile technologies and social media, public land administration institutions, corporate land governance, The analysis of the causes and consequences of organizational change in the region, the comparative analysis of the models selected from the theoretical and historically selected countries and Türkiye.
