1 ÜPY1 To raise creative individuals who are able to think critically and solve problems, constantly upgrade themselves in personal and professional fields, are environmentally conscious, respect diversity, and who use their knowledge and skills for the benefit of humanity and the country
2 ÜPY2 To carry out qualified interdisciplinary research that contributes to science and art at a universal level, respecting ethical values, on the path to becoming an innovative university
3 ÜPY3 Being the first university of the Republic, with the awareness of social responsibility, it provides services that are sensitive to the problems of the country, considerate the public interest, and contribute to the development and development of the country and the city in which it lives, as an employee of the kitchen of ideas.
4 BPY1 Possessing in-depth knowledge and expertise in the fields of Science, Engineering, Agriculture, and Interdisciplinary studies; effectively presenting academic knowledge in professional environments both in written and verbal form; using skills and knowledge with a sense of social responsibility to contribute to the development of society and the country; acquiring knowledge of new technologies and innovative concepts through lifelong learning and applied analysis.
5 BPY2 Being able to conduct independent research, participate in national and international projects, prioritize environmental awareness in research, possess an entrepreneurial perspective, contribute to national technology and production through industry-focused projects, adhere to ethical rules in research, undertake theses at a universal level, produce publications in nationally and internationally recognized high-impact journals, and develop verbal and written communication skills to enhance the recognition of our University in national and international scientific platforms.
6 PY1 Having sufficient technical, economic and legal infrastructure in areas such as land economy management and policies, rural/urban area management, land protection, consolidation, cadastral practices, land registry, land valuation, taxation, basin systems.
7 PY2 Developing strong and scientific solution methods for study subjects or problems by assimilating the legal and institutional structure, principles, methods and application approaches related to land and real estate sciences in a short time.
8 PY3 In addition to theoretical knowledge, achieving the ability to obtain fact-based solutions to problems that may arise in all aspects of relevant issues, especially by working on real-world case studies and application projects.
9 PY4 Developing the ability to identify new research topics, solve application problems and monitor new developments based on scientific methods, legislation and standards.
10 PY5 Easily adapt to developing legislation and standards by gaining the competence to work independently and carry out original work in relevant fields,
