Goals Explain the structure and functions of organs in the digestive tract in relation to metabolism
Course Content Describe the histological structure and functions of the digestive tract organs. Explains the relationship between neuroendocrine system, enteric nervous system and metabolism.
Learning Outcomes 1) Explain necessary techniques for histological examination.
2) Describe the tissue types located on the wall of digestive tract
