Goals The aim of this course is to teach the students how to be prepared for disasters, what methods they use, their content and limits.
Course Content Disaster and Emergency Planning General concepts, Disaster Management Planning, Identification of hazards, hazards, areas exposed to hazards, How to make Current Situation Analysis, Planning Team Creation, Plan Development, Plan Preparation and Writing, Updating of Plans, Planning exercise construction.
Learning Outcomes 1) He/she can lead in disaster and emergency conditions.
2) He/she knows the application of different information to disaster management in terms of multidisciplinary approach.
3) He/she can analyze in case of risk.
