Goals The aim of this course is to inform the principles of agricultural control and its application against diseases and pests, to give information about the methods that used in agricultural control and integrated pest management strategy, and to create the awareness of preserving nature.
Course Content Basic principles of control methods in Agriculture . Legal (Quarantine), cultural, physical, biological, biotechnical, chemical and integrated pest management methods that used against insects, other animal pests and plant diseases.
Learning Outcomes 1) Explains the basic principles of control pests and diseases
2) Organizes the methods of control diseases and pests
3) Defends the approach that maintains natural balance
