Goals General information about plant diseases factors, its biollogy, symptomatology and control methods.
Course Content General information in phytopathology, Classification of microorganisms, Symtomotology (fungi, bacteria, virus), Pathology, Development of microorganisms, general features, morphology, physiology, reproduction and survival mechanisms, isolation, control methods, non-parasitic factors and symptoms.
Learning Outcomes 1) Summarize the basic information and concepts in phytopathology
2) Understand plant pathogens and their symptoms
3) Classifies the methods of control plant diseases
