Goals "Students raise the consciousness about the relationship of the data with the foreign language teaching by examining the basic differences in the traditional and contemporary language studies, the concepts, structural dimension (sound, morpheme, syntax). "
Course Content "The Origin of Language; the distinctions between human language and other communication systems; basi concepts in phonetics, morphology, and syntax; structural and meaning dimention of language; examining the relationship of structural plane of linguistics with language teaching.
Learning Outcomes 1) Having more integrated and scientific point of view about language, on improving knowledge and behaviour.
2) Having the ability of examining the studies on structural dimensions of language teaching and applying them effectively, with the help of various planes of language.
3) Students can evaluate fundamental drawbacks on language acquisition and language teaching.
