Goals Congress and fair tourism is being developed all over the world as well as in our country and new investments are being made in response to the increasing demand. There is intense competition between the countries and companies that want to share this market, which has a wide social-economic and cultural dimension. The congress and exhibition management course aims to meet the need for qualified staff, one of the requirements for competing in the national-international field and reaching the targeted level.
Course Content Convention and exhibition concept, types and properties, convention and exhibition management, congresses and trade fairs applications, congress and fair organizations in Turkey and in the world, the congress and exhibition organization includes issues of the future.
Learning Outcomes 1) The Congress explains the exhibition and tourism relationship.
2) .Define professional congress organizers.
3) .Analyzes the planning processes of congress and fair organizations.
4) .Analyze how to promote the country as an organizer.
5) .He knows that he should have general cultural knowledge.
6) .Congress assesses the positive contributions of tourism to a country's economy.
7) .It establishes a work program for the activities of the Congress.
