Goals The most important departments of a hotel's income are the rooms, ie the housekeeping department. These derste floor services are considered to be the most important for a hotel. Ensure that the learners have knowledge of how to clean a hotel room and ensure that they adopt the rules that must be followed during cleaning. It is to make detailed studies about the formation of an effective room control system.
Course Content The housekeeping department is informed about the operation of the department by understanding the importance of operating a hotel. Information about the cleaning work that needs to be done at the hotel is given.
Learning Outcomes 1) They explain the organizational structure of the housekeeping department by relating them to each other.

3) Analyzes tasks.
