Goals The purpose of the Financial Management course is to present the information and methods that will help the financial management processes of the companies in an analytical framework.
Course Content Financial Matters, Financial Management, Mathematical Modeling, Financial Management, Capital Markets and Capital Markets Decisions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Mergers, International Finance, Reliance Protection.
Learning Outcomes 1) Students - will have knowledge about basic principles of financial management and basic finance theories.
2) Short and long term financial planning techniques will learn capital structure decisions.
3) They will have information about project valuation and investment decision methods.
4) They will have information about net working capital.
