Goals To inform about the agencies which are the most dialogue organizations in the hospitality sector, to examine the organizations that tour operators and agencies will perform at accommodation facilities and to acquire knowledge and skills about agency-hotel relations.

Learning Outcomes 1) Teaches travel agency concept
2) It provides the basic principles and information that you need to know about travel agency.
3) Gives knowledge and skills about Tour Operation and its whole operation.
4) Provides information on the concept of tourism in Turkey and the world and the world to follow it teaches methods of holiday trends.
5) It gives general information about travel industry operation, Agency - Hotel associations and related legislation.
6) It provides information about the activity of the agency and introduces and informs the organizations organized by the agency in the accommodation business and the travel instruments to be used.
7) Have knowledge about the applications in the sector and teach the market conditions and pricing through applications.
8) As a hotelier, he brings to the agency market the ability to look and interpret the real market and new trends.
