Goals To transfer the laboratory practices, which are the basic support of production, to a level that can interpret the results.
Course Content Wine and must laboratory and applications
Learning Outcomes 1) Identify and interpret the composition of must and wine.
2) Interpret analysis results according to the legislation.
3) Routine wine analyzes are applied seamlessly.
4) Defines the problems in the production process with analysis data.
