Goals This course aims to help primary school classroom teachers understand their professional work, professional ethics, core values, professional rights, privileges and responsibilities, as well as the role of teachers in society as a transformative agent of change, by considering the classroom teacher as a professional in the context of national and global teacher standards.

Learning Outcomes 1) It refers to the professional work, professional ethics, core values, professional rights, privileges and responsibilities of the classroom teacher.

4) Explain the role of teachers in society as a transformative tool of change.
