Goals The aim of this course is to teach basic information about criminal procedure law.
Course Content The content of this course includes the objectives and principles of Criminal Procedure, the investigation stage, subjects of criminal proceedings, protective measures, trial durations, prosecution stage, and legal remedies.
Learning Outcomes 1) Knows the purpose and principles of criminal procedure.
2) Acquires knowledge about the subjects of criminal procedure.
3) Learns the stages of criminal proceedings.
4) Learns about protective measures and their distinctions.
5) Explains the process of sentencing.
