Department of Linguistics is a department where language is particularly an important element of the study in a given branch so far. The importance of this profession whose field of study ranging from advertising to text authorship, from public relations to deputy editorship and to Turkish and English lectureship becomes gradually clear also in our country. Hovewer, on the current program, replacement and refurbishment works are carried out on a regular basis in accordance with the requirements of the day. Graduate study facilities and masters and doctoral programs are available to the graduate student from linguistics in this department.
