Graduates who successfully complete the Geographical Information Systems Associate Degree Program can work in the public and private sectors. Our graduates of the program can work in institutions and organizations working in areas such as Land Registry and Cadastre, Hydrological Applications, Geological Applications, Forestry Applications, Agricultural Practices, Urban Planning and Coastal Management. As state institutions, they can have a place at the ministerial level such as the State Hydraulic Works, the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and they can also have the opportunity to work in the departments of local governments, especially municipalities, that produce spatial data and where infrastructure data are processed.
