3 ÜPY3 Being the first university of the Republic, with the awareness of social responsibility, it provides services that are sensitive to the problems of the country, considerate the public interest, and contribute to the development and development of the country and the city in which it lives, as an employee of the kitchen of ideas.
4 BPY1 Training scientists who can plan scientific research and conduct independent research using evidence-based knowledge, research techniques and statistical evaluation methods.

6 PY1 Develops and deepens knowledge in obstetrics and gynecology base in pets, reproduction and cellular, physiological and endocrinologic mechanisms of udder diseases and their treatments, reproductive biotechnology, herd management, fertility areas and reaches descriptipons of scientific innovation.
7 PY2 Internalizes interdisciplinary interactions of basic sciences, pre-clinics, other clinical sciences, natural sciences and social sciences and reachs unique innovative descriptions.
8 PY3 Deduce from sources which are obtained by research during the process of preparing proficiency exam.
