About Program

The curriculum is a 4-year program with a minimum of 110 ECTS for 7 courses, 10 ECTS for a seminar, and 120 ECTS for a thesis. The completion of a master's program in dairy technology with a thesis is a requirement for admission to the PhD program. Graduates of master's degrees with theses from various departments are placed in a scientific preparatory program.

Goals

In order to train engineers and managers that will contribute to the national and international development of dairy science and the sector, who are equipped to plan, carry out and achieve R&D activities with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge and skills, and who can conduct research.

Summary of Program Outcomes

This program provides the knowledge and experience of directing academic studies that will contribute to dairy science at national and international levels, analyzing and interpreting the results obtained and publishing them verbally and in writing, and the competencies of being able to conduct advanced research and development studies in the dairy industry and design new initiatives and developments in existing systems.
