Goals This course present the advance statistical application and analysis techniques in sensory evaluation of milk and mik products.
Course Content Properties of sensory evaluation laboratuvary, organizing and traning of panelists, selection and application of proper evaluation technics according to product types, rules related with preperation and presentation of samples for determining of sensory properties in milk and dairy products.
Learning Outcomes 1) to be posses of ability of evaluation and interpretation of the results obtained from sensory analysis.
2) To ensure knowledge and skills and application of sensory evaluation techniques in milk and milk products
3) to obtain of knowlege about statistical analysis methods of using in sensory evaluation
